Samba Live 5.23

Available from: 19 September 2021

This update introduces the capability of managing media files through our API. Additionally, our mobile app now supports viewing whiteboard drawings in real-time. We also included several bug fixes to make Samba Live even better.

Account Center

 New Features

• Enabled sorting by first name and last name in the account center address book.
• Managing media library files is now possible via our API. Speakers can now share the files and folders in the media library with all other speakers in the room.
• Improved the search functionality in the recordings list. An account holder searching for recordings will now have direct access to editing, copying and deleting each individual search result.

 Fixed

• Hyperlinked the version number on the account center footer so that it links to the release notes page.
• Resolved issue wherein changes in the account settings did not save when the username field was set to hidden.
• Resolved issue wherein the Mobile statistics were not showing on the Admin dashboard.
• Fixed issue wherein custom logos were not loading correctly on mobile landing page, where users wait before the meeting starts.

Mobile

 New Features

• Enabled pre-assigned breakout rooms for mobile users.
• Drawings on whiteboards (including those that are drawn over another piece of content) can now be viewed in real-time on mobile.
