With this update, we improve how reports are exported, include new Q&A features on mobile, implement bulk actions in the participants' panel, and even more. Additionally, we were able to resolve some minor issues across our platform.
Account Center
New Features
- Reformatted poll export reports to a more standardized CSV format. Values will now be listed in separate cells instead of having them comma-separated within the same cell.
Fixed
- Increased default participant list and lobby limits to reflect recent performance improvements in the app.
- Updated default supported browsers config to include Chrome on iOS & Edge on Android.
In-Room
New Features
- Bulk actions are now available in the participants' panel. Speakers now have the option to apply the following actions to the entire audience: give and remove broadcast and presentation permissions, turn the camera off, ask users to turn the camera on, mute the microphone.
- Remotely turning camera off and asking user to turn camera on is now available. When hovering over a user's thumbnail, the camera icon will appear, allowing the speaker to remotely turn off participants' cameras or request that users enable video.
- Implemented Privacy-Enhanced Mode for sharing YouTube videos to improve user privacy.
Fixed
- Users who join a breakout room will no longer return to lobby (if enabled) after leaving the breakout room.
- Resolved issue wherein the recording and live streams were in speaker view.
- Fixed personalization issues for Audience Users in the Q&A panel.
Mobile
New Features
- Added more Q&A updates for mobile users. A mobile user with permission to answer questions can now create and edit Q&A, make all questions public, and give a Live Answer to a question that was asked. Note: Live Answer notifications are not yet supported.
Fixed
- Resolved issue wherein the Q&A option was visible in the mobile app even when the option was disabled in the session.
- Resolved issue wherein the mobile broadcaster got muted when the broadcasting user left the session.
- Users who join a breakout room will no longer return to the lobby (if enabled) after leaving the breakout room.
