From now on, users are able to enjoy up to 10,000 free minutes, a substantial upgrade from the previous 3,000 minutes.
This increase ensures that even our free users will have more time to access Digital Samba's features.
New pricing plan: Create S
We are introducing a new pricing plan - Create S, which is a part of our new group of plans for small meetings. These are ideal for those who need more sessions at the same time, but less participants, for example for holding one-on-one meetings. The Create S plan, priced at €99/month is designed to enhance what Digital Samba already offers, making it a versatile solution for various applications. It is designed for users who need to conduct multiple simultaneous 1-on-1 video calls, while our Create plan is ideal for those hosting large video conferences.
The plan provides the same free plan features as the Create plan, including 25,000 participation minutes, but it accommodates 40 concurrent participants and supports 20 concurrent sessions and 2 concurrent participants per session.
On the other hand, the Create plan supports 100 concurrent participants and 5 concurrent sessions. The Create plan is an ideal choice for individuals looking to integrate video call functionality into event platforms or webinar software solutions.
Create S is engineered for enhanced personalised interactions, with a particular emphasis on the number of sessions that can be hosted simultaneously. Thus, the Create S plan is an ideal choice for telehealth, education, individual training applications, and other solutions requiring the hosting of numerous one-on-one calls within the app at the same time.
Like Create, Create S also offers roles and permissions, logo and colour branding, and AI captions.

- Whiteboard: The free plan now includes a whiteboard feature, enabling users to collaborate visually in real-time.
- Cloud recordings: Free plan users will have access to limited cloud recordings.
Details on cloud recording limits in the free plan:
- Total recording minutes: We have provided a total of 60 minutes for cloud recordings per month to our free plan users. Any usage beyond this limit will prompt users to upgrade their plan.
- Recording length: The maximum recording length for free plan users is set to 15 minutes per session.
