Udana is an online education platform dedicated to providing high-quality continuing education for psychotherapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals across the DACH region. With a catalogue of live webinars, video-on-demand, and CME-accredited training formats, Udana supports flexible, self-directed learning for professionals in a wide range of clinical fields.
Since its founding in 2021, Udana has hosted over 200 expert-led training events and built a fast-growing user base of several thousand registered professionals across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Udana’s success depends on delivering interactive, compliant, and reliable learning experiences — without requiring users to leave the platform. Before integrating Digital Samba, they faced several key challenges:

Feedback and improvements
While the overall experience has been positive, Udana identified a few areas for improvement, including:
- Automating capacity upgrades when attendance exceeds 100 participants
- Supporting display of all participant video feeds in large events — a frequent lecturer request
Both improvements were added to the Digital Samba road map.
Despite these suggestions, the integration was smooth and aligned well with Udana’s expectations.
