Added a "Global lock" room setting. Once a moderator locks the room, nobody can join whatever their role or permissions, including moderators. A second setting, "Show lock icon on toolbar", controls whether the lock control appears in the in-room toolbar.

Added a new "manage present content" role permission, letting a role grant and revoke permission to present content for other participants during a session.

Added Global lock to rooms, sending anyone who joins a locked room to the lobby with a clear message. The first moderator is let in automatically. The lock status is shown next to the room controls.
- Added a manual Audio only mode, letting a participant stop sending and receiving video at any time to save battery and bandwidth. Audio and content sharing continue as normal.
