Whiteboards can now be opened in private mode in addition to the existing public option. Private whiteboards are clearly marked, allowing visual content to be prepared behind the scenes and during the meeting without exposing it to participants. This is especially useful for client presentations, webinars, and live Q&A sessions, ensuring the right boards are shared at the right time. When needed, a whiteboard can be switched from private to public, or vice versa, at any time.
