30-Days free?! What’s the catch?
No catch at all! We want you to be absolutely sure that OnSync is right for you before committing. You can cancel any time within 30-days of signing up. Please note, you’re responsible for any charges incurred up until your cancellation; unfortunately we cannot refund or pro-rate once you have been charged.
What if I upgrade? Can I get a 30 day trial?
Regrettably we cannot offer a free trial for customers who are switching plans - including our free plan. If you’re not quite sure if you want to stick with OnSync, you have the option of a monthly plan. And remember - you can cancel your account at any time.
What do I do to switch plans?
No problem at all. Just click the upgrade link inside your OnSync account, pick your plan, and switch over. Changes and charges are immediate. Submit a ticket if you need help or have questions about this process.
Do I have to sign up for a long term plan? Is there a discount if I do?
No and yes. OnSync is available on a month-to-month basis, however if you sign up on an annual basis you get 15% off. This is entirely up to you!

Are there REALLY no hidden usage fees?
You have our word - all prices you see are the totals you pay per month; there are no additional charges. Every OnSync plan includes voice, video, screen sharing and whiteboard. You can invite anyone to a meeting - participants don’t need an account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to process secure payments. Depending on your country we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you have a large custom order we may be able to process a PO or bank transfer, please contact us
