Take a closer look at OnSync's intuitive, good-looking interface to get an idea of how easy-to-use this webconferencing solution really is. Online Meetings
Many of our customers use OnSync to meet online. Saving time and cost of travel, and being able to get people to talk with each other who would not be available for face-to-face meetings have been major reasons for the popularity of OnSync. It's sucess is due to the supreme audio & video quality, the reliable screensharing feature, lag-free recordings and ease of use.

The screenshot above shows a meeting of nine, all using voip and webcam video, as well as text chat to collaborate. Mike is broadcasting his desktop to all meeting participants and will share his spreadsheet with all. Because Henry has to run off to catch his flight, the entire meeting is being recorded so that he can follow up later, in his own time.
Online Training
Scheduling online training sessions is another popular use for OnSync. With the integration of rapid content delivery technologies such as Adobe FlashPaper, FlashVideo and Microsoft Office documents, organising and delivering your digital content to your online training audience is easier than ever before. Crystal-clear audio and hires video ensure your online audience remains alert, and with the live polling component you can get a quick idea of whether your trainees are up to scratch with the training materials.

The screenshot above shows an online training sessions of ten, with Sally, the training manager, using audio and video to deliver a FlashPaper presentation to the group. During the presentation she turned off participant audio and video to avoid distraction, and has asked all participants to use the text chat for questions. Angelina, Sally's assistant, answers these questions in the chat and regularly creates a new poll to get an idea of participant opinion. The entire session is being recorded for later review by absent trainees.
Online Event Broadcast
Since users will only need the Adobe Flash Player, the OnSync platform is an ideal medium for webcasting events to a broad internet audience: gone are the days of lengthy player updates, missing codecs and unsupported operating systems - OnSync is available on Windows, Macintosh and Linux.

The screenshot above shows an event webcast to 307 participants. The streaming video takes center stage and video quality can be customised for the particular event: high-end events can take advantage of high-quality video with crisp audio, low-bandwidth events can be cast with low resolution/framerate video or perhaps audio only, we will help you find the best setup.
