While OnSync is designed to be bandwidth efficient and performance to degrade gracefully, OnSync is a broadband platform. For best possible and most reliable experience do not use WiFi equipment and use a high-grade, dedicated, low-latency broadband internet access. Use our System Check application to test your connection prior to attending a conference.

PowerPoint does not support multi-core CPU’s efficiently. The speed of the conversion will primarily depend on the frequency of the CPU, so the recommendation is to get a CPU with a higher MHz frequency and save on the number of cores.

Files supported by OnSync converter will be automatically prepared for online presentation by the OnSync conversion software. All ASP customers enjoy this service. Due to the great diversity in video codecs and Digital Rights Management (DRM), some video files may fail to convert even though they carry a file extension listed above.
