Lipidforum to adopt rapid e-learning and present curriculum for post-graduate medical education.

The experts have been lecturing across Europe for years with phenomenal success, and their website is blessed with loyal visitors who regularly stream videos of important events and join the discussion on hot topics.

The decision this year to shape this expertise into highly specialised, certified post-graduate courses for MDs came naturally.

Digital Samba [DS] was chosen once again as the preferred implementation partner. In order to meet stringen certification guidelines, a 3-month evaluation period of state-of-the-art rapid e-learning applications was required. Over a dozen software vendors were evaluated and finally a sub-selection made. Macromedia's Breeze came out on top, mainly for reasons of ease-of-use in creating learning units quickly and effectively, , a clear development roadmap for future features, the tight integration of live communication features into the LMS and - equally important - and effort to make this a long-term partnership rather than a mere one-off sale.
