House of Hifi is a high-street electronic equipment retailer
located in Vienna , Austria . Priding itself on a wide range
of highly specialised products, ranging from XGA plasma display
television sets to industry-standard audio amplifiers and
speakers, House of Hifi's clientele comprises a special breed
of customers. These are people that take pleasure in discussing
products as much as they do purchasing them.
House of Hifi, wanting to consolidate the relationship between
customer and sales representative, approached Digital Samba
[DS] with the idea of an online communication solution. The
resulting audio/video chat room and audio/video message board
applications have proved extremely successful in accomplishing
